Phantom Hourglass
Good GOD, I just can't wait for this game. I mean, it looks gorgeous and the dungeons, despite being a little "basic", look awesome.

To be honest I was a little skeptic on the stylus-only controls, but apparently, the gameplay rocks my evergreen socks.

Who else is excited for this game?

Eh, I'm a Zelda fanatic, but I'm a bit skeptical of the controls as well as the stealth element that seems to be a major part of the gameplay. I'll still pick it up and try it for myself though.

D'you think it's worthy of being a TWW sequel though? Because people, when they saw TWW at first, they thought it would suck major, but what about Phantom Hourglass? You think it'll disappoint or impress?

In my opinion, so far it looks awesome, but I know Nintendo could've just taken that extra step to make it absolutely perfect.

I loved TWW. I loved the art style and all the expression and attention to detail that was put into it. And PH looks amazing to be a DS game. I just want to have my fears alleviated about the gameplay and control changes.

The Wind Waker was like, totally awesome. Wait, screw "was", it IS awesome. I mean seriously the game got addicting for a while but after you beat it, the motivation you get for playing the game slows down a bit, but it's still fun to play nonetheless

As for The Phantom Hourglass, it's going to be some time until I get it(when it does come out). I hope it's as awesome as TWW. The stylus controls bug me, since I don't really like to use the stylus(And I don't even have one, I lost all of them. XDD; )controls.

But since I'm getting a new DS Lite, that problem will probably be solved.

Personally I think that the controls help add to the experience, not downgrade it. Of course, we can only speculate and see footage of it, but I have a good feeling about this game. It's a solid sequel to TWW, no doubt about that. The only thing I'm worried about is if it really IS going to catch on, if it really IS going to be as good as TWW. I'm confident, though.

Being the first Zelda game to be released on the DS system(correct me if I'm wrong), it better be D<

XD Indeed, and technically, it isn't the first one. There's those retarded Tingle adventures that just make us embarrassed of being humans.

RE: Phantom Hourglass
...do I get shot if I actually kinda sorta maybe wanted to play the Tingle game? D: Tingle amuses me to no end with his creepy ways. Tingle RPG just seems... hilarious. I'd love to have given it a try.

But anyway, the issue at hand. XD; I've never picked up a Zelda game for a handheld, I'm sorry to say. Phantom Hourglass may be different, however. I mean, it's a direct sequel, right? I loved TWW, so I'll be much more inclined to pick this one up. I may wait for a price reduction. Or get my brother to buy it and borrow it off him. :x

RE: Phantom Hourglass
Welcome to the team. XD I've never played a handheld Zelda game before so I don't really know what to expect, even though I have some sort of an idea... XD;

And nah, you won't get shot. They're just... humorously weird... >: Pelvic thrusts? I mean, wtf? XD
