What do you think could have been improved in TP?

*three months later*

I totally forgot to mention the absolute half-assedness of the Wii port. Like Andy said - it wouldn't have taken THAT much more time to make a new character model for Link and keep the world the same as in the GC version. The continuity between OoT is much less in the Wii version than in the GC version because of it.

Like I mentioned in my review on the site, TP just has a disturbing lack of polish compared to other games in the series. Zelda has always been known for having every little detail paid attention to, but TP is just sloppy in some areas, and even feels a bit rushed - which is inexcusable considering the development time. They should have used that extra time to make the game itself better and more polished rather than slapping together a port.

According to Miyamoto they had to flip the game because there were parts of the game where enemies would come primarily from the left side of the screen.

I don't buy that. What's preventing the player from reposition himself/herself? It's not like we got 1:1 control or that collision detection and physics is something incredibly complex in the game. There was no reason they couldn't have left Link left handed at all. A strange change and I don't understand Shiggy's logic behind it.

I think it needed to have the same charm that OoT had...
