Okay. On Sunday, my lower back started hurting to the right side whenever I walked. It didn't hurt that much, so I just let it be.

Now, I can't take a step with out cringing. x.x'

I honestly don't know WHY it hurts. I haven't done anything rough in gym or outside of school, so there shouldn't be any reason for it. o.o' Remember, it hurts on my lower right side, and a bit towards the back.

Does anyone think they know why my back has been hurting like hell? Also, any suggestions on how to make it feel better? Thanks.
Have you used any muscles you havn't in a long time? Like tried a new sport or activity? You can also get sore from sitting in a certain position for too long.

Nah, no new sports for me, or anything of the sort. Also, I'm always moving around when I sit down, lol.
Well, I know my back starting aching out of the blue once. My dad suggested not sitting around and playing so many games. Well, it worked.
Watch how you're sitting--you may be stretching muscles strangely in your back, so try sitting in different positions for a while to see if that helps. Otherwise, it may be how you're sleeping. You don't necessarily have to be active at all in order to injure yourself. Most of the time you probably won't even know why it hurts. Maybe try sleeping on your side, or on your back/stomach depending how you normally sleep; see if that helps at all.
You might want to get that checked out. It could just be a muscle strain or something, but lower back pain could also be a sign of a kidney problem. I know someone who had a pain in his lower back, and he let it go until it kept getting worse because he thought it was a pulled muscle. It wound up being a kidney infection.
