We will be hiring moderators once we deem a certain forum to have enough activity to warrant a mod. We look for outstanding posters in that particular forum and hand-select them to be moderators.
So let's give a big round of applause to the first three!
Congrats Andy and Waka, sure you'll do a swell job promoting activity and managing your forums.
We haven't given props to Mork for his job on creating a very stable, aestethic and solid board. It's not easy to do as well as Geoff has done 'till now, the forum's growing. So congrats to all and let's lift this thing even more!
Steve is right, making a good and growing forum isn't easy to do. And I do believe Robo has done it.
Anyway congrats on Waka, and Steve on being promoted to Mod. I feel like I'm the least deserving of the three of us. I know both of you will do a great job as a Mod. Me on the other hand... I'll try not to blow anything up. XD
Don't worry, Andy. I'll be sure to spam up your forums so that you get maximum practise. And so I get maximum posts toward my Pikachu rank... *SHOT*
