Official Japanese website
- Game is being developed for both the Wii and DS.
- Currently unknown if the DS version will take advantage of the DSi's unique features.
- Uses new "Pollux Engine" by Square Enix, which lets cross-platform games be played simultaneously on both systems.
- Described as a sequel to "Ring of Fates," featuring similar graphics and gameplay.
- Main character is a girl named Charlotta, and the game appears to feature Cait Sith.
- Features multiplayer gaming similarly to FFCC on the GCN.
- Wii version features two on-screen... well, screens.
- The four tribes (Clavats, Selkies, Yukes, and Lilties) use the same weaponry and armor as in the GCN game. (For example, in the GCN game, Selkies used rackets, while in the DS game, they were changed to archers. In EoT, they once again use rackets.)
- Both versions of the game allow players to import their Mii for use as their in-game characters.
- Both versions feature Wi-Fi gameplay.
I'm so freaking excited for this game. <3 I'm glad that the Selkies aren't stupid archers anymore.
