Yeah, random topic, I know. x.x I got bored.

Anyways, I got several things for my b-day on Saturday (Yush, I'm FINALLY 14! =D):

- The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning (NDS)
- The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night (Wii)
- Spyro: A Hero's Tail (GCN)
- Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (NDS)
- Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (Wii)
- Soulcalibur II (GCN)
- Guitar Hero: On Tour (NDS)
- GCN controller
- GCN memory card

All of those games're pretty good (Except for TLoS:ANB), although I haven't been playing Prime 3 much. xD I got some money, too, so hopefully I can go and get the GCN version of Spyro: A New Beginning soon, instead of having to play the piece-of-crap version I have right now. x.x

ANYWAYS, back to what I was wanting to say. xD

This is just a thread where everyone can post their most recently-obtained games/game-related things/etc.
It was your birthday? Oh, well then, Happy Birthday!
I've been saving my money recently for anything good that comes out, and so I don't have many new games. I did get Megaman SF 2: Ninja x Zerker a little while ago, though.

lol, SF2 is pretty fun for a long time, but after awhile, it gets kinda boring, imo. After I beat the game and got 100 standard chips, I didn't feel like getting the rest of them to fight that secret boss. xD

And thanks. ^^
JEEZ thats a crap ton of games. My parents at the most would buy me ONE game a year.
Good gravy...if I'm lucky I'll get a game for Christmas, my birthday, and sometimes Easter. Any other time, I have to buy them myself. o_O

Anyway, I bought Metroid Prime 3 last weekend on clearance at Target. $24.99. Just have to beat MP2 first.

xD I never beat Echoes, lol. Although, it was fun. ^^

Woot! =D I went to GameStop a few hours ago (Not one of my usual two, but the one near a newer Wal-Mart about fifteen minutes away), and managed to get Spyro 2: Season of Flame for the GBA, and The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning for the GCN. ^^ I'm in love with ANB on the GameCube, and the GBA one's pretty fun. I might keep playing the DS version of ANB, but I doubt it. x.x
Yay I like this thread. And happy belated birthday. 8)

Recently, I picked up Tales of Vesperia and a third 360 controller so my friend could play with my brother and I. My brother picked up Guitar Hero: On Tour a week ago but I don't really care for it so I haven't touched it.

Is Vesperia any good? I won't be getting it anytime soon (I can't get a 360 for Christmas, methinks. T.T), but still, I need some feedback, lol.

AND YOU MUST PLAY ON TOUR. IT IS DA BOMB DIGGITY.

... Aw, crap. The seventies are back again.

Anyways, On Tour really is worth your time; it's got alot of songs for a portable music game (If I recall, the GBC version of Dance Dance Revolution only had about six, and they were only each about half a minute long), and you can create your own skins for the Guitar Grip.
I've only played about 6 hours and will be progressing VERY SLOWLY since I'm playing with a friend (who doesn't really live near me and thus can't come over often) and my brother so... it's hard to get everyone together. :x But Vesperia seems great so far. It's an improvement to the others as far as mechanics go, but since I haven't played much, I can't tell you about plot or characters, but from what I've heard, they're great too. XD;

I played one song on GH: On Tour and I wasn't very impressed by the controls. They seem cramped and just okay. :/ Not to mention when I or my brother play it, everyone in the general vicinity wants to kill us because it's such an obnoxiously loud game. Even if you use head phones or something, the worst part is just that tap tap tap on the touch screen. Especially when playing on a harder difficulty. 8/
Well, I've recently purchased Medal of Honor: Heroes 2. It's a pretty interesting game, although I still don't like the classic guns. I'm more of a P90 fan myself (Been playing too much CoD4 xD) I enjoy using the Shotgun and Rocket Launcher, mainly because I get to make use of the Wiimote a lot more with them. I'd have to say it was worth the 40 bucks I spent on it.
