I rented Super Smash Brothers Brawl and now I love it but buying it is going to suck. It's so expensive here and it doesnt seem like it will go down for a while. Even at wal-mart it is really expensive.
That's why I was wondering about the other alternatives of being able to get for much cheaper...I live in Arizona by the way.
My suggestion:
1. Get a used one from eBay or somewhere that sell it.
2. Get a modchip. (will void your Wii warranty, also illegal)
That's about it. I guess I didn't help much eh? Those two are pretty much what I have in my mind when I want cheaper games.
I'd hate do something illegal and the chances of someone actually selling a used copy of SSBB over eBay seems pretty slim, especially since eBay has pretty high priced stuff because they know you will get if you really want it that bad. D:

Hmm... If your GameStop/EB Games is like mine, then they might have a used copy of it in-store, or maybe have a new copy on sale.
Personally, I'd get a new copy.
This game is worth it.
It's completely worth the cost. You should just buy it.
This game is worth it if you:
a) Have friends to play with
or
b) Enjoy the Smash series by yourself
or
c) Like Nintendo (or Sonic/Snake) characters alot
Slightly Related Note: This should be in the Smash Dojo forum. But the mod doesn't care, so neither do I.
SSBB is definitely a game worth buying even if it costs a heck lot of money.

My dad told me he would get it for me when I get my SSI check. :] I'll probably have to go either to Wal-mart or Gamestop. Those are the only two places I have around my area.
If ordering online is an option, Amazon has it for $43.99. It's not that much cheaper, but it's still a discount. =/
You could also try pricegrabber.com and you might find some online store that has it cheaper.
